CI​/CD Pipeline Administrator

New Directions Technologies, Inc. (NDTI) is seeking an experienced CI/CD Pipeline Administrator to join our development team supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD). This position will administer and support the organization’s Git Hub Enterprise environment and the automated pipelines used to build, test, secure, package, and deploy software applications.

The successful candidate will work closely with application developers, cybersecurity professionals, system administrators, and customer stakeholders to establish reliable, secure, and repeatable software-delivery processes. This individual will maintain the tools and infrastructure supporting the development lifecycle, standardize repository and pipeline configurations, resolve build and deployment issues, and help the team implement Dev Sec Ops  practices in accordance with Navy cybersecurity requirements.

Other responsibilities include:

• Administer and maintain Git Hub Enterprise organizations, repositories, teams, user permissions, access controls, branching strategies, protected branches, pull-request requirements, and release procedures.
• Develop, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Git Hub Actions workflows that automate software builds, testing, security scanning, packaging, and deployment.
• Manage Git Hub-hosted and self-hosted runners, including their configuration, security, availability, capacity, software updates, and integration with approved development environments.
• Develop reusable workflows, pipeline templates, scripts, and configuration standards that promote consistent and efficient development practices across multiple projects.
• Integrate automated unit testing, code-quality analysis, dependency scanning, vulnerability scanning, secrets detection, approval gates, and other cybersecurity controls into CI/CD pipelines.
• Support controlled deployments to Azure App Service, on-premises systems, test environments, and other approved platforms while monitoring pipeline performance and resolving build or deployment failures.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and cybersecurity teams to maintain secure and reliable pipeline dependencies, deployment environments, service accounts, certificates, tokens, and system integrations.
• Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, configuration records, architecture diagrams, audit evidence, and troubleshooting guidance while providing technical support and training on Git Hub Enterprise and Dev Sec Ops  practices.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoW Security Clearance for duration of employment.

Bachelor's level degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.

3 years professional experience in systems administration.

Salary: the expected pay range for this position is $95,680 to $124,800 but is subject to change.
