Summary
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Shore Department, Utilities and Energy Engineering Technical Area at the NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER.
DutiesYou will identify and resolve problems in worker‑flow, work methods, and procedures to improve organization effectiveness. Develops new ways to measure program accomplishments, results, and effectiveness of Department programs and processes as they relate to the delivery of services and products to the fleet. You will provide personnel at Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) and EXWC with product backup and other analytical supports as required.
You will evaluate the effectiveness of a program in meeting goals and objectives. You will articulate and communicate assignments, projects, problems to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and program issues under review.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS‑12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
