Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Benzie Conservation District is hiring an Administrative Coordinator. We promote the sustainable use of natural resources in Benzie County through conservation planning, education, and community outreach.
Working with the Executive Director, the Administrative Coordinator leads internal processes, including payroll, benefits coordination, office management, and staff support. This is a permanent, full time (30 hours/week) position, at $20-21 per hour based on experience, with comprehensive benefits. RequirementsPreferred Experience
- Two years of relevant work experience or equivalent education demonstrating proficiency in the following skills: office management, sales and inventory management, and bookkeeping
- Proficiency in software and platforms including:
Microsoft Office Suite, Google for Business, POS systems (Square and Pay Pal), Quick Books, Weebly, CRM (Little Green Light) - General understanding of natural resources, agriculture, watershed stewardship, and ecology principles; general botanical knowledge a plus
