ResponsibilitiesOur Program Coordinator will manage, coordinate, and oversee various A Beautiful Me programs. This will include our school workshops / assemblies and the emerge
360 business training for teen girls.
A Beautiful Me Facilitators are necessary to assist in our programming, the Program Coordinator will onboard, train and manage Facilitators - building relationships to empower the growth of A Beautiful Me.
Requirements- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Exhibits professionalism, optimism, energy, and enthusiasm; thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Proficient using technology, such as Google Workspace, Sign Up Genius, and CRM (eg: Network For Good).
- Ability and willingness to work some evenings and weekends as required by events.
- This position will require some local travel for programs & events in St. Clair and Macomb Counties. Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation are required.
