The RoleThis position is responsible for liaising with and following up with employees within the company as well as with customers to collect information. The data entry clerk will capture the data into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner, identify and correct errors, and swiftly bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.
Key Responsibilities- Provide the highest level of customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers.
- Maintain company database by entering new and updated customer and customs account information.
- Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs.
- Prepare relevant reports in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner.
- Monitor and update existing data when required.
- Identify discrepancies in information and report issues to the team leader for resolution.
- Provide general data entry support across many teams on an ad‑hoc basis.
- Complete other clerical office responsibilities and projects as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Above‑average and accurate data entry skills.
- Intermediate PC and MS Office knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of customs and related paperwork.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient typing skills.
- Occasionally bend, squat, kneel, reach above shoulder, and frequently sit, handle objects (manual dexterity), use fine finger movement.
- Occasionally must carry or lift a load of up to 15 lbs.
- Occasionally exposed to excessive noise, is around moving machinery.
- Frequently read/comprehend, write, perform calculations, communicate orally, reason and analyze.
