Comfort Keepers is now hiring an External Client Care Coordinator!

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and driven professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating in-home care services, building strong client relationships, and supporting caregivers to ensure the highest quality of care.

This is a fast-paced, people-focused position that combines client service, scheduling, and team support.

Responsibilities
Client Care & Relationship Management
  • Meet with prospective and current clients to assess needs and recommend services
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and referral sources
  • Conduct regular client visits to ensure satisfaction and quality care
Care Coordination & Scheduling
  • Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and care needs
  • Manage and adjust schedules to address call-offs, no-shows, and changes in care
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Caregiver Support
  • Supervise and support a team of caregivers
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
  • Address caregiver concerns and provide ongoing coaching
Operations & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in on‑call rotation as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or sales
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Combination of office work and local travel for client visits
  • Regular use of phone and computer
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • Occasional lifting up to 15 pounds
