As our Workforce Development Specialist, you’ll earn a competitive annual salary of $45,000–$55,000.

This is a full‑time position working Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.
ResponsibilitiesAs our Workforce Development Specialist, you’ll connect with clients and guide them through job‑readiness training that builds confidence and practical skills. You’ll assess each person’s vocational strengths, interests, and capabilities, helping them map a realistic path to employment. Throughout the day, you’ll provide program monitoring and consultations, offering encouragement, accountability, and tailored support as clients progress toward their goals.
Qualifications- Valid driver’s license
- Strong computer skills and software fluency
Experience and education in workforce development, counseling, or a related field is a plus!
