Position Overview

The Senior Sales & Project Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue growth while ensuring projects are accurately scoped, priced, and successfully delivered. This role combines sales leadership, estimating expertise, and hands‑on project oversight, making it ideal for a high‑energy professional with construction experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

You will meet directly with homeowners, evaluate project needs, prepare detailed proposals, manage project budgets, and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead residential exterior projects from initial consultation through completion alongside the Production Manager, maintaining a strong presence both in the office and on‑site
  • Meet with clients to evaluate project scope, assess costs, and prepare accurate, detailed estimates and proposals
  • Drive sales growth through professional presentations, follow‑ups, and relationship management
  • Track and manage project budgets to ensure financial goals and profit margins are met
  • Coordinate with production teams and vendors to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to quality standards
  • Negotiate with insurance adjusters on behalf of clients when applicable
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and trade partners
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in the company CRM system
  • Conduct regular follow‑ups on active, completed, and potential projects to ensure customer satisfaction and pipeline health
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–5+ years of experience in sales, estimating, project management, or a construction‑related role (roofing or exterior remodeling experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong math, budgeting, and cost‑analysis skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑first mindset
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Positive, driven, and results‑oriented attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
Compensation & Benefits
