Pay for this customer support position is dependent on relevant experience. As a Parts and Service Associate, you will serve customers by providing information and answering questions about our products and services. Your day will include creating spare parts lists for customers, processing customer orders, answering and routing phone calls, monitoring open orders, and contacting existing and prospective customers to communicate product features, benefits, and technical aspects. You will work closely with project management, shipping/receiving, and field service to coordinate and provide the best experience for customers.
Qualificationsfor a Parts and Service Associate
- Independent self‑starter with energy, motivation, enthusiasm and persistence.
- Customer‑centered and detail‑oriented; exceptional phone, computer and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and make effective decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accuracy.
- Proficient computer skills; CRM/database, Microsoft Office suite and online communications.
- Use of logic and reasoning in daily decision making and problem solving.
- Two years of work experience in service, parts or customer support preferred.
The typical schedule for this full‑time position is Monday–Thursday from 6 am to 3:30 pm and a half‑day on Friday, with weekends free.
