Customer Service Rep

ITP is hiring motivated and dependable Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Port Huron, MI.

In this role, you will be speaking with people over the phone to support nonprofit organizations by raising awareness and helping secure donations. It’s a mix of customer service and sales, but you will have a clear process and a lot of support to help you succeed.

• Work just four days a week, Tuesday through Friday
• No nights and no weekends
• Starting pay of $17 per hour with the opportunity to earn up to $27 per hour
• Paid training with simple, proven scripts

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls
• Speak with donors and potential supporters
• Follow a structured script that helps guide conversations naturally

If you have never done this type of work before, that is completely fine. We will train you step by step and help you build confidence on the phone. If you already have experience, this is a great place to grow your earnings.

Schedule is Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Pay starts at $17 per hour plus bonus potential up to $27 per hour

Location is 2740 Pine Grove Ave, Port Huron, MI. This is an in office position
