We are Blue Water Endodontics, a dental specialty practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. We're seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team and contribute to our mission of demonstrating top-notch endodontic care!

Dental Assistant Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service for the patient, demonstrating excellent chairside manner
Assist the doctor with all dental procedures
Take radiographs of patients using standard digital dental radiographic equipment
Perform efficient and accurate procedures to help maintain doctors' schedule and patient flow; ensure limited to no patient wait time; maintain time flexibility for patient; be present, engaged, and prepared
Clean and set up treatment rooms
Review patient chart prior to doctor arrival and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment
Order and organize dental supplies
** This is a full-time Dental Assistant position with a schedule of :
Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5pm.
What We Offer:
***$3000 sign-on bonus!
*** paid in installments: $1000 at 90 days of employment, $1000 at 6 months, and $1000 at 12 months. Bonus payments are contingent upon active employment at the time of each payment date.

Qualifications:
Michigan Dental Radiology certification is required for this role. Don't have it yet? We may be able to help cover the cost of obtaining your certification — ask us about this opportunity!
Dental assisting experience preferred, but not required. We provide training for motivated, people-focused candidates.
