Position: School Psychologist [81383]

Onward Search Education is a specialized education staffing and talent solutions company that connects educators, therapists, and school health professionals with top opportunities in schools statewide. We’re currently seeking a full-time, in-person School Psychologist to support a school in Wayne County, Michigan for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support students’ academic, social-emotional, and behavioral success through assessment, consultation, and school-based intervention. You’ll join a collaborative, structured program with co-op support, serving students from multiple partner districts in a center-based setting.

  • Location: Wayne County, MI – On-site
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Duration: Remainder of the 2025–2026 school year
Qualifications
  • Michigan School Psychologist certification or license (required)
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
  • School-based experience with special education evaluations, assessments, and eligibility determination
  • Familiarity with Michigan educational laws, IEP processes, and MTSS framework
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and school staff
Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychological and educational evaluations to support eligibility determination
  • Participate in MTSS problem-solving and data review to support student success
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and transitions
  • Attend multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEP meetings as applicable
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation and records
