Scope of Work
This company wishes to upgrade their current PLC controls. Plan is to supply Allen-Bradley PLC controls. First phase is to upgrade two chemical additions to one reactor. Some hazardous locations involved so additional checks on the environment prior to adding chemicals to reactor. Scope of work is overall control architecture design, phase one panel design (60 I/O), 4 HMI screens, chemical hazard area check, and chemical dosing sequence.
New PLC needs to interact (share information) with current PLC system.
Estimate 2 weeks start-up on-site.
Scope of work includes panel design, recipe management, reactor dosing sequence, and local data historian. Once again, needs to interact (share information) with current PLC system.
Estimate 3-4 weeks start-up on-site.
Chemical background is a bonus.

The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by any contractor working in an industrial or manufacturing facility to perform the essential functions of the job successfully. While performing the duties of the job, the contractor is regularly required to move into and around tooling, fixtures, and equipment and climb ladders. The contractor must be able to lift at least 25lbs.

This job may require out‑of‑town and overnight travel. Travel may vary by distance or customer requirements. On‑site support could range from one day or more, depending on the size of the project and customer requirements, or until all client issues have been resolved.
