Job DetailsResponsible for administering all accounting functions of the plant. Establishes accounting principles and procedures, prepares financial reports, and ensures all plant assets are safeguarded. Relies on experience and sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals, and may lead and direct the work of others.

- Control overhead spending
- Monitor capital investment plan
- Manufacturing cost variance analysis
- Lead month-end close process
- Annual budgeting & monitoring
- Monthly financial forecasting
- Develop measurable goals for staff
- Direct finance team to achieve plant & corporate goals
- Daily & weekly operational reporting
- Problem solving & root cause resolution
- Safeguard all plant assets
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data to drive smart operational decisions
- Strong problem‑solving capability using structured root cause analysis
- Self‑directed and highly motivated — comfortable owning outcomes independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence to present to leadership
- Consistent and reliable attendance — your team can count on you
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–4 years minimum of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- Manufacturing or plant finance background required; automotive manufacturing experience preferred
