Full‑Time (Part‑Time and PRN options available)

Start Date:
Immediate opening

• Deliver one‑on‑one outpatient physical therapy under the direction of a PT
• Assist with orthopedic rehab, post‑surgical care, balance/fall prevention, and strengthening
• Educate and motivate patients throughout their plan of care
• Document treatments accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate closely with a supportive clinical team
• Participate in community outreach and wellness initiatives (as interested)

• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Strong communication and people skills
• Passion for patient‑centered care
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics and movement‑based rehab
• Team‑oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
