We are seeking compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides to join our growing team. As an HHA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity with quality care.

As a Home Health Aide, you’ll assist patients with personal care, daily living tasks, and basic health‑related services. Working under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed therapist, you’ll be part of a team delivering care plans tailored to each individual’s needs.

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Prepare meals according to dietary needs and assist with feeding as necessary
• Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, or environment
• Remind clients to take medications (no administration)
• Provide light housekeeping and laundry assistance
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Follow care plans and document daily activities and observations

• At least 18 years of age
• Experience in home care, assisted living, or long‑term care preferred
• Ability to follow directions and communicate clearly
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate
• Must pass background checks and health screening
• Reliable transportation is a plus
• High school or equivalent (Required)
