WhatYou’ll Do
As a Pediatric MA or CMA with UGLFHC, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and compassionate care environment for children, families, and our clinical team. Every day brings the opportunity to make a real impact by:
- Assisting providers in delivering exceptional pediatric care, ensuring children feel safe and supported.
- Preparing patients for exams and treatments, including vital signs, height/weight checks, and point-of-care testing.
- Administering immunizations and supporting preventative health services.
- Helping manage pediatric chronic conditions such as asthma or diabetes in partnership with families and providers.
- Coordinating follow-up care, referrals, and patient education to support long-term wellness.
- Supporting families with resources and reassurance to help them navigate their child’s health journey.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to efficient patient flow in the clinic.
- Building meaningful relationships with patients and families to promote trust and continuity of care.
- On-site CMA training and MA upskilling programs (earn while you learn!)

Job Qualifications:
- Provide evidence of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within first 90 days of employment.
- One year related experience, preferred.
- Certified as a Medical Assistant, preferred.
