Pay: Blended rate up to $55/hour
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
- Provide therapy services in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Minimum 2 years of recent SLP experience
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
