Responsibilities
  • Operate complex magnetic resonance scanners to produce high‑quality diagnostic images of tissues, organs, and bones.
  • Screen patients for safety and contraindications; administer contrast agents as prescribed.
  • Position patients, configure MRI protocols, and ensure patient comfort while optimizing image quality.
  • Collaborate with radiologists to review images and adjust imaging parameters as needed.
  • Maintain safety, infection control, and equipment QC procedures; document results and any deviations.
  • Accurately document patient data, contrast administration, and imaging procedures in the charting system.
Requirements
  • ARRT MRI certification required.
  • Minimum 2 years MRI tech experience.
  • Weekend availability for Saturday and Sunday shifts.
  • Ability to operate MRI equipment and administer contrast agents.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced surgical center environment and follow radiation safety protocols.
