Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 / year

- Conduct behavior assessments and data analysis.
- Develop and supervise treatment that incorporates assent-based, ethical, and trauma-informed practices, promoting client engagement, autonomy, and meaningful outcomes.
- Provide parent training and case supervision.
- Complete supervision and training of BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment integrity through the use of behavior skills training.
- Coordinate with community stakeholders to ensure continuity of care with the families receiving services.
- Ensure timely delivery of behavior analytic services that align with treatment recommendations.
