Paid Family Caregiver – Home Help Program(Must Be Currently Caring for a Family Member)

Are you already caring for an elderly or disabled family member? The State of Michigan’s Home Help Program allows you to get paid to care for your loved one at home.
Requirements- Care recipient must have active Medicaid
- Caregiver must be 18+ and live in Michigan
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Meal preparation, errands, and light housekeeping
- Mobility support & medication reminders
- Companionship and emotional support
- Weekly pay
- Flexible hours – set your own schedule
- No license or certification required
- Ongoing support provided through Guardian Home Care of MI
- United Healthcare
- Molina Healthcare
- Meridian Insurance
This allows for a smoother, faster enrollment process and better support for both caregivers and recipients.
