Medical Receptionist – Part-Time

Munger Physical Therapy | Fort Gratiot, Michigan And Marysville, Michigan

What You'll Do
  • Welcome every patient with professionalism, warmth, and a smile.
  • Answer incoming phone calls while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Schedule appointments that support each therapist's Plan of Care.
  • Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations.
  • Collect patient information and assist with registration.
  • Help maintain an organized and efficient front office.
  • Communicate effectively with therapists and teammates throughout the day.
  • Assist wherever needed to help the clinic run smoothly.

Qualifications Required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred

Previous medical reception or healthcare experience

  • Experience with scheduling or insurance verification.
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records.
