Job Summary
Provide both CT and Diagnostic X-Ray imaging services in an acute care setting. Perform high-quality imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, maintaining imaging standards, and collaborating with radiologists and the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
Perform CT and diagnostic X-ray examinations.
Position patients accurately and safely for imaging procedures.
Produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation.
Maintain radiation safety and infection control standards.
Monitor patients throughout imaging procedures.
Document exams accurately and maintain departmental records.
Participate in the on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience
Current ARRT Certification
CT and General X-Ray experience
Current BLS Certification (if required by facility)
Preferred Qualifications
Recent acute care hospital experience
Experience working overnight shifts
Ability to independently perform both CT and X-Ray exams
