Job Opportunity
Provides specialized vascular and cardiovascular imaging procedures within the Cath Lab/EP to support accurate diagnostics and patient care. Ensures high-quality outcomes through technical expertise and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform vascular and cardiovascular procedures, including special procedures and catheterizations.
- Coordinate examinations to maintain workflow efficiency and patient safety.
- Monitor and analyze images, ensuring clarity and diagnostic quality.
- Contribute to patient care planning by providing technical support and documentation.
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
- Demonstrate ongoing professional growth through skill development and certification renewal.
Qualifications:
- Hold an associate degree in Radiology Technology or be a graduate of a JRCERT-accredited Radiography Program.
- ARRT registered in Radiography or relevant specialty.
- Current BLS certification required; ACLS within one year of hire.
- Possess at least one year of vascular and cardiac cath lab or special procedures experience (preferred).
- Valid Michigan license verification for nurses, with proper documentation (if applicable).
- Complete skills checklist within one year for RN specialties; other professions preferred.
