Physical Therapist

Provides patient-centered physical therapy services to improve mobility, functionality, and quality of life. Collaborates with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and determine appropriate treatments.
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention.

• Hold a valid Physical Therapy License and meet state licensure requirements.
• Possess a Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate, or Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Maintain current BLS (AHA) certification prior to start date.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
