An employee at this level is required to perform some or all of the following duties, which do not include all tasks to be performed:

• Provide support for the area of Provider Network Management
• Assist with data reporting, tracking, and monitoring
• Provide support for contracts, including proofreading documents, formatting documents, and tracking document status
• Provide support for state level report submissions
• Provide support for Contract Monitoring Tools and Plans of Correction
• Monitor submission of information by Network Providers
• Maintain Provider Network Management Process Documents
• Disseminate general communications to Provider Network
• Provide support for External Quality Reviews and State Site Reviews

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to solve problems from a few specific alternatives
• Ability to work with individuals in a positive manner
• Ability to deal with minor conflicts tactfully
• Valid State of Michigan Driver’s License
• Must have access to transportation

• Post-secondary education
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Basic knowledge of Provider Network Management
• Experience with Community Mental Health, Substance Use Providers, and/or Prepaid Inpatient Health Plan (PIHP)
• Knowledge of the State of Michigan Medicaid Provider Manual
