Clinical Oversight

Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring that goals are measurable and achievable.
Expected to bill an average of 25 hours per week, ensuring productivity aligns with program expectations.
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
Ensure treatment plans are being implemented effectively by staff and adjust them as needed based on ongoing data collection.
Ensure that Rethink programming is updated, socially-significant, and complete for all clients on identified caseload.
Provide clinical support, including troubleshooting challenges related to client behavior and therapy procedures.
Maintain consistent communication with families, updating them on their child's progress and discussing any changes to treatment plans.
Adhere to the established monthly billing expectations as outlined in the client's treatment plan.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Current licensure as a behavior analyst in the State of Michigan, in good standing.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a BCBA, with experience supervising staff in a clinical setting.
Successful completion of 8-hour supervision training and compliance with the BACB's requirements for supervised fieldwork.
Strong knowledge of ABA principles, methodologies, and ethical guidelines.
Competent in the assessment and implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and demonstrates the ability to mentor and develop others in the field.
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Valid State of Michigan's Driver's License and current auto insurance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong time management skills, including the ability to set, meet, and enforce deadlines to ensure team accountability.
Willingness to work non-standard and flexible hours as needed.
