HR-Manager Male & Female

The HR Manager is responsible for managing HR activities and functions within the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager plays a critical role in shaping the organizational culture and promoting employee engagement.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations.
• Provide support and guidance to managers and employees regarding personnel issues.
• Handle employee performance management, including evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee benefits administration, payroll processing, and compensation programs.
• Facilitate training and development programs to promote employee growth.
• Monitor employee engagement and develop strategies to improve workplace satisfaction.
• Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices and policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software.
