We’re looking for an experienced and driven SAP Specialist to join our team in Battle Creek, MI. As the Systems Configuration Lead for Sales & Distribution (SD), you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP SD solutions with a focus on process optimization, system integrity, and successful delivery. This role demands a balance of technical expertise, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to meet our evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP SD configurations and system changes across development, testing, and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Align SAP SD business processes, data structures, enhancements, and workflows with enterprise capabilities
• Manage and monitor transport requests and ensure adherence to documentation standards and change control processes
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals
• Participate in requirements gathering and provide expert consultation on SAP SD best practices
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and end-user training to support system adoption and understanding
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve data inconsistencies, and ensure high system reliability and performance
• Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment

What We're Looking For:

• 5-7 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Proven experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and practical experience applying Agile in SAP environments
• Hands-on experience with SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
• Proficiency in integration and regression testing practices
• Familiarity with documentation standards and quality assurance processes
• Experience leading/managing small functional or cross-functional teams

Preferred qualifications:

• Certifications:
  
  SAP Certified Associate – SAP S/4
  
  HANA Cloud (Private Edition) & PMP (Project Management Professional)
• Strong estimation and planning skills
• Ability to use data-driven decision-making to guide system changes and enhancements
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders
• Proven ability to mentor and support team member development
