- Serve as Senior Business Process Reengineering Specialist (BPRS) and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for five legacy web applications built on .NET, SQL Server, and Teradata.
- Systematically analyze current-state business processes, application behaviors, and data flows to identify gaps affecting efficiency, risk, compliance, and service delivery.
- Design and implement future-state ("to-be") business processes and system improvements that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Provide ongoing maintenance (KTLO) and operational support, as well as support for new initiatives and application enhancements.
- Facilitate cross-functional sessions with architects, developers, business analysts, QA, business stakeholders, and security teams to resolve ambiguity and enable informed decisions.
- Elicit, document, and translate clear business requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Create, update, and maintain process, system, and training documentation in compliance with SEM/SUITE standards.
- Guide and oversee agile planning and backlog management using Azure Dev Ops (ADO), in collaboration with Project Managers or independently as needed.
- Define measurable success criteria and ensure alignment with operational and strategic objectives across business units and DTMB.
- Provide oversight, coaching, and training to business analysts, developers, QA staff, and subject matter experts.
- Lead modernization initiatives to incrementally transform legacy applications to modern frameworks.
- Utilize strong experience in business analysis, systems analysis, documentation, training, and service delivery.
- Apply knowledge of .NET, SQL Server, Teradata, Azure Dev Ops, ITIL, Lean, and Six Sigma concepts relevant to IT delivery and application modernization.
- Ensure ITIL-based service management practices are adhered to for application operation and change management.
