Job Summary

We are looking for a Vice President of Information Technology to join our Team. This is a strategic leadership role within their Executive Leadership Team. The ideal candidate is a transformational technology executive who blends strategic vision with operational excellence. This leader will define IT roadmap, drive enterprise-wide transformation, and ensure high‑performing day‑to‑day IT operations. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Technology Leadership:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy and multi‑year roadmap aligned with transformation goals. Ensure technology initiatives directly support enterprise growth and operational efficiency.
  • Innovation & Transformation:
    Lead technology‑driven innovation initiatives across growth pillars—enhancing employee productivity (Talent), enabling digital business growth (Growth), and driving smart manufacturing and automation (Cost).
  • Operational IT Excellence:
    Oversee all daily IT operations, including SAP ERP systems, infrastructure, Project Management, networks, and cybersecurity. Deliver reliable, secure, and high‑performing technology services while minimizing bureaucracy and risk.
  • Business Partnership &

    Collaboration:

    Serve as a strategic partner to CXO and executive team. Build strong relationships across functions (Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, etc.) to align technology with business priorities and communicate IT’s value in business terms.
  • Organizational Leadership & Talent Development:
    Lead and inspire a large IT organization to become a strategic partner to the business. Redesign IT structure, build future‑state capabilities, and cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Change Management & Governance:
    Champion technology‑enabled change, ensuring user adoption and stakeholder engagement. Establish strong governance practices for project prioritization, resource allocation, compliance, and cybersecurity.
  • Performance & Results Management:
    Implement an Objectives & Key Results (OKR) framework to align IT efforts with enterprise goals. Define metrics and KPIs to track IT value delivery and maintain a results‑oriented culture.
Requirements
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field required.
    • Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
    • Proven track record in senior IT executive roles (CIO, CTO, SVP‑level) within large, complex organizations.
    • Experience leading enterprise‑wide technology transformations, including ERP (SAP preferred), IoT/smart factory initiatives, and digital enablement.
  • Skills:
    • Strategic thinker with strong operational execution.
    • Expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, and service management.
    • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and change leadership.
    • Strong financial acumen and experience managing large IT budgets.
    • Ability to lead high‑performing teams and foster an innovation‑driven culture.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or consumer packaged goods industries.
  • Knowledge of smart manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and IoT systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud, cybersecurity, and AI‑driven solutions.
  • Experience in privately held or family‑owned enterprise environments.
