Engineering Manager — On-Prem Platform & Automation

• Lead platform engineering, automation, and feature delivery initiatives
• Drive end‑to‑end automation from infrastructure provisioning to workload delivery via APIs
• Oversee global Open Shift platform operations with 24x7 reliability
• Mentor and grow high‑performing SRE and Dev Ops teams
• Define technical roadmap with focus on scalability, performance, and security
• Act as escalation point for critical operational and engineering challenges
• 5+ years in software engineering and 3+ years in team leadership
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes/Open Shift and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu/SUSE)
• Hands‑on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Git Ops, and CI/CD tools
• Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP/Azure) and API‑driven environments
• Strong understanding of Dev Ops, SRE, and platform engineering practices

• Open Shift specialization and certifications (CKA/CKAD/Red Hat)
• Knowledge of networking, storage, and security in container ecosystems
• Passion for open‑source and CNCF technologies

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses subject to company policies.
