Lead responsibility for one or more data centers, driving performance analysis, monitoring facility health, and implementing significant enhancements. Collaborate across functions and regions to improve processes, resolve incidents, and manage escalated technical issues using advanced automation and monitoring tools. Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge base, execute incident management protocols, and conduct root cause analysis. Oversee new region builds and expansions, serve as the main liaison for expansion projects, and provide oversight for installations, repairs, inventory, and logistics to optimize data center efficiency and stability.
Responsibilities- Independently manage at least one, occasionally multiple, data centers.
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis
- Lead trend analyses for capacity, temperature, availability, cleanliness, and other operational metrics.
- Identify significant patterns and propose operational improvements.
- Proactively monitor facility health (power, cooling, security) and implement major enhancements.
- Partner across functions and regions to align processes with industry best practices.
- Issue Management & Automation
- Lead on‑the‑ground teams in incident resolution and accurate communication.
- Support escalated complex technical issues and triage them.
- Implement advanced automation, scheduling, and monitoring tools to mitigate risks.
- Document, validate, and update knowledge base entries.
- Execute incident or crisis management protocols aligned with business continuity plans.
- Perform root cause analysis and update documentation for process improvements.
- Data Center Expansion Support
- Lead and oversee new region builds and expansion activities onsite and remotely.
- Act as primary liaison with project teams and engineering to meet timelines and capacity needs.
- Collaborate closely to deliver high‑standard projects.
- Installation & Maintenance
- Oversee installations, repairs, inventory management, and logistics tasks.
- Direct component replacement and upgrade initiatives.
- Advise on high‑level purchases and oversee implementation.
- Plan and execute rack deployments, installations, and network infrastructure upgrades.
- Ensure proactive maintenance for efficiency and stability, covering containment, airflow, pressure, and power trains.
- Core Responsibilities

- Performance & Development – Participate in talent development through candidate interviews and hiring recommendations.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location only. US:
Hiring Range in USD from $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
