Video/Voice Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Video/Voice Engineer with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise Voice, Video, and Unified Communications environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Cisco UC, CUCM, VoIP, SIP, CUBE, and collaboration technologies.
Mandatory RequirementStrong hands-on experience with Voice/Video and Unified Communications technologies is required.
Must-Have Skills- Hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications (UC/CUCM).
- Strong knowledge of VoIP, SIP, RTP, TCP/IP, and voice networking.
- Experience with Cisco CUBE, gateways, SIP trunks, and call routing.
- Experience supporting enterprise Voice and Video environments.
- Experience troubleshooting voice, video, call routing, SIP signaling, and connectivity issues.
- Experience with system configuration, upgrades, testing, and production support.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Design, configure, implement, and support enterprise Voice and Video solutions.
- Administer and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications environments.
- Configure and support CUCM, CUBE, SIP trunks, gateways, and VoIP solutions.
- Troubleshoot call routing, SIP signaling, voice/video quality, and connectivity issues.
- Perform system upgrades, configuration changes, testing, and deployment activities.
- Monitor UC/VoIP environments and provide production support.
- Work closely with network, infrastructure, and vendor teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.
