Network Engineer / Video/Voice Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Video/Voice Engineer / Network Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Enterprise Voice, Video, Unified Communications, Cisco UC/CUCM, VoIP, SIP, and CUBE.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise Voice, Video, and Unified Communications environments.
Key Responsibilities- Design, configure, implement, and support enterprise Voice and Video solutions.
- Administer and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications (UC/CUCM) environments.
- Configure and support CUCM, Cisco CUBE, gateways, SIP trunks, and VoIP solutions.
- Troubleshoot call routing, SIP signaling, RTP, voice/video quality, and connectivity issues.
- Perform system upgrades, configuration changes, testing, and deployment activities.
- Monitor UC/VoIP environments and provide L2/L3 production support.
- Analyze and resolve complex Voice, Video, and Unified Communications issues.
- Work closely with network, infrastructure, application, and vendor teams.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures.
- Support production environments and ensure high availability and reliability of UC services.
- Strong hands-on experience with Voice, Video, and Unified Communications technologies.
- Experience with Cisco Unified Communications / CUCM.
- Strong knowledge of VoIP, SIP, RTP, TCP/IP, and voice networking.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco CUBE, gateways, SIP trunks, and call routing.
- Experience supporting enterprise Voice and Video environments.
- Strong troubleshooting experience with SIP signaling, call routing, voice/video quality, connectivity, and VoIP issues.
- Experience with system configuration, upgrades, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Cisco Collaboration technologies.
- Experience with enterprise Video Conferencing solutions.
- Knowledge of SIP trunking and voice gateways.
- Experience with UC monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise VoIP/UC environments.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and TCP/IP-based troubleshooting.
- Experience working with incident, problem, and change management processes.
