Request for Proposal from qualified Attorney Firms

The Highland Park Housing Commission (HPHC) is issuing a Request for Proposal from qualified Attorney Firms / Attorneys to provide Legal Services. The immediate purpose of this solicitation is to provide routine legal services typical for a municipal agency such as a housing commission and to provide a leadership role in remedying tasks that may require legal assistance. This service will be provided for the Highland Park Housing Commission, located at 13725 John R Street, Highland Park, MI 48203.

The Housing Commission will directly solicit from law firms. The HPHC will also issue a public notice regarding the Request for Proposal. To obtain the RFP package, please send an email to recovery. There will not be a cost for requesting a package.

Any questions or requests for further information or clarification must be transmitted via e-mail to recovery no later than June 26, 2023.

All responses to this RFP must be received via electronic mail no later than three o’clock in the afternoon local time, July 7, 2023 n receipt of all proposals, HPHC reserves the right to make an award after evaluating each package according to qualifications and past experience. Section 3, Women and Minority-owned firms are strongly encouraged to submit a proposal.

Submit responsive proposals electronically, in PDF format, to recovery. If a Firm has submitted a quote in error, the original quote may be superseded by a complete new submission prior to the deadline indicated above. Submissions will not be publicly opened.
