Position SummaryResponsible for preparing, packaging and selling prepared food products while ensuring quality, safety, and customer service. Supports cross‑functional teams in meeting inventory, production, and tech needs.

Maintains up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross‑functional teams; helps educate associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively with the team; and stays flexible to the needs of the business. - Be an Expert

Prepares food according to item specifications; plans future and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution. - Be a Techie

Leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; uses handheld technology for real‑time decisions related to production, ordering, receiving club pick‑up orders, training, and product quality; adapts to new tools and encourages others. - Be an Owner

Drives performance of the area; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs; assists with purchase decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving issues. - Be a Talent Ambassador

Brand advocacy; develops, influences, and inspires a respectful, supportive, team‑oriented style; understands roadblocks and assists in training associates. - Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics; uses the Open Door Policy; applies standards in business processes.
- Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers; identifies priorities, deadlines, expectations; communicates progress; recommends improvement opportunities; adapts to change.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within predefined time period.
- Food Safety Certification.
- Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
