Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, activities, and ESS staff across school districts in St. Clair and Sanilac Counties
. Serving as the primary liaison between ESS staff, school district administrators, and the corporate office, this role ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality services. The Account Manager will recruit for and manage ESS staffing needs across eight school districts in Sanilac County and nine school districts in St. Clair County
.

• Conduct site-visits and meetings with ESS clients within the district.
• Serve as point of contact with each client and ESS management in all matters relating to contract and account operations.
• Manage and motivate staff, including hiring, firing, disciplinary management, and recognition duties.
• Assist with presentations to the school board of education.
• Train, direct, and appraise staff.
• Make daily schedules for proper manpower utilization.
• Develop and implement recruiting efforts for clients, such as job fairs and special hiring events.
• Provide exceptional customer service by providing solutions to issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Other duties as assigned by Regional Manager.

• Minimum of one years of experience in management or a leadership role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with management reports.
• Must interact well with others.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain high ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality.

Physical requirements may vary by assignment and location. Duties may include a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, as well as general use of hands and arms. Close vision is required for computer and detailed work. Work is typically performed in a moderate-noise environment (e.g., office or school setting with light activity).
