Job Title

Production Associate.

Full-time – Day Shift - 40 hours per week.

Snover, MI 48472. Salary:
Wages based on experience – competitive entry level plus benefits (medical, vision, dental, 401K available, and more after probation period).

• Feed raw materials into production machinery and monitor the production process.
• Carry out basic quality and testing checks.
• Store raw materials and finished product properly.
• Receive product and prepare product for shipment.
• Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfill orders.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and equipment.
• Work in a variety of conditions (indoors and outdoors).
• Complete required paperwork accurately.
• Adhere to food and safety guidelines.

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience working in a warehouse preferred.
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Capable of lifting 70 pounds unassisted.
• Able to work on foot for extended periods of time.
• Reliable mode of transportation.
• Able to work flexible hours and days during peak seasons.
• Pass basic math test (calculator allowed) and pass background check.
• Food safety and forklift training will be provided.
• Personal protection equipment provided.
