Overview

Our Registered Nurses provide specialized care to patients in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will be empowered to assess needs and implement care as you deem necessary using the latest technology and working with a strong interdisciplinary team.
Compensation- Starting wages: $34.15 per hour
- Plus $4.00 per hour for Night Shift (7 p‑7 a)
- Plus $3.40 per hour Hero Pay
- Yearly wage increases
- Night shift starting wages: $41.55 per hour

- 12‑hour shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
- Day shift: 7:00 am‑7:00 pm (part‑time available)
- Night shift: 7:00 pm‑7:00 am (full‑time and part‑time available)
- Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
- Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families regarding medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition
- Provide preventative and supportive care directed to physiological and psychosocial well‑being of patients
- Oversee the Nurse Aide team—including direction, assignments, training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment
- Current RN license in Michigan and current CPR‑BLS certification (required)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher (required)
- High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans and develop solutions to complex problems regarding patient well‑being
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
- Team player mindset, dedicated to supporting team members and achieving goals
