Join our EPIC team at Wexford Senior Care Center! Our Practical Nurses are a part of our Skilled Nursing team that delivers specialized care to patients across a variety of areas such as orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. You’ll have the autonomy to evaluate patient needs and administer care as you see fit, leveraging cutting-edge technology and being an integral part of a robust interdisciplinary team.

You will earn up to $37.40 per hour!
Compensation- Starting wages $29.00 - $33.00 per hour based on years of certification
- Hero pay: $3.40 per hour
- Shift premium: $5.00 per hour for 7 PM – 7 AM shifts
- Sign‑on bonus: $15,000 paid monthly — $1,250 monthly for 12 months

- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors
- Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
- Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families on medication changes and treatment plans
- Provide preventative and supportive care focused on patients’ physiologic and psychosocial well‑being
- Oversee the Nurse Aide team, assigning tasks, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations
- Current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan and current CPR certification
- Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or higher degree
- High level of analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans and develop solutions to complex problems
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
- Team player dedicated to supporting colleagues and achieving goals
