American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for an Emergency Department night shift position requiring an active MI RN license and 2 years of ER experience.

• Emergency Center unit with 35 treatment rooms
• Uses Medi Tech EMR
• Night shift, 12 hours, 7:00 PM-7:30 AM
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements
• Required to work holidays

• Active MI RN license required at time of consideration
• Compact license not accepted
• Minimum 2 years RN Emergency Room experience required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required

• Deliver nursing care within assigned unit scope of practice following hospital policies, nursing process guidelines, and standards of care and practice
• Clinical Nurse Specialists provide advanced nursing support to staff
• Formal orientation program and ongoing staff development offered through education in areas such as wound care and pain management
• Navy blue dress code required
• No more than 5 days of RTO may be requested
• Candidates residing within a 35 mile radius of the facility are considered local travelers
