Greens Keeper

PAY RATE: $15.00-$17.00 per hour (Non-Exempt)

DESCRIPTION: The golf course greens keeper position is responsible for operating general use equipment to maintain the golf course and performing greens keeper duties, along with laborer tasks.

• Provide excellent guest service through active engagement and a positive attitude.
• Perform labor such as burning, brushing, raking, shoveling, digging, string trimming, push mowing, and hand watering.
• Maintain and clean equipment, perform general pond and building maintenance, and operate various equipment like greens mowers, deck mowers, trimmers, chain saws, sod cutters, utility carts, etc., as directed by management.
• Attend all necessary meetings and training to comply with Casino Regulatory policies.
• Remain flexible to assume additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

• Reliable transportation to work.
• Availability to work any day, including weekends and holidays during summer.
• Willingness to learn equipment operations and job duties.
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Pass background checks and pre-employment screenings.

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly, 50 pounds frequently, and 100 pounds occasionally.
• Good vision (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception) and focus ability.
• Willingness to attend relevant seminars or courses.
