Winn Companies is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for North Port Village in Port Huron, MI. You will support the Property Manager in daily operations, including leasing, resident relations, rent collections, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and property administration.
This is an excellent opportunity to grow in multifamily housing and property management. The pay range for this role is $21.00-$22.00 per hour with a Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule.
