Job Description & How to Apply Below

Dave Simpson Realty is looking for a detail-obsessed, systems-minded Transaction Coordinator & Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.

About Us

Dave Simpson is a top-producing real estate broker and investor serving Port Huron, Fort Gratiot, and the greater Blue Water Area — known for helping buyers, sellers, and investors "move with confidence." With 19+ years in real estate and 20+ years in construction, Dave and The Simpson Group bring hands‑on expertise and a concierge-level client experience to every transaction.

The Role

You’ll be the operational backbone behind a busy, high-integrity real estate business — managing the contract-to-close process and day-to-day admin so Dave and the team can stay focused on production. This isn’t a "paper pusher" role: we need someone who takes ownership, spots problems before they happen, and keeps every file airtight.

What You ll Do
  • Manage the full contract-to-close process for residential (and occasional investment/land) transactions
  • Track deadlines, contingencies, inspections, appraisals, and closings
  • Prepare, organize, and audit transaction files for accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate between clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and partners
  • Help build and improve checklists, systems, and workflows as volume grows
  • Support content shoots, client events, and other business-building activities
What We re Looking For
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Organized and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines
  • Professional, warm communicator who represents the brand well
  • Self-starter who takes ownership once the plan is clear
  • Prior experience in real estate, lending, title, or transaction coordination strongly preferred
  • Michigan real estate license preferred, or willingness to obtain one
Details
  • Open to part-time or full-time based on experience
  • Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience — discussed during the interview
Why Join Us

Work directly with a top-producing broker and established local brand. Be part of a growing business built on integrity and client care, with real room to grow as your skills — and our team — expand.
