In collaboration with the Bistro Manager and Concierge, the Cafe Associate is responsible for providing the best culinary experience and ensuring satisfaction is a top priority. • Starting wages: $17.00 per hour
• Plus Hero Pay ($0.85 per hour!)

• Day shift

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating the functioning of the Bistro, its programs, and activities.
• Prepare, cook and deliver an epic food and beverage service program while maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Assist in coordination of food-related activities with other departments.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, foster a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.

• Serv Safe and Allergen Trained
• Starbucks Barista trained
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide Bistro services.
• Knowledgeable of food service laws, regulations and guidelines governing dietary functions in nursing care facilities and food service establishments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
