Position Summary
Position Summary:
Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self‑service technology, assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues and concerns, and promoting the company’s products and services.
Assists management with the supervision of associates in assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, and providing direction and guidance on member service approaches and techniques. Resolves member complaints and issues according to company guidelines and ensures compliance with policies and procedures. Supports the Open Door Policy and participates in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching and evaluating associates.
Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes and maintains the sales floor, and completes paperwork logs as required. Maintains safety of the facility according to company policies, conducts safety sweeps, follows forklift and hazardous material procedures, and reports unsafe situations. Ensures maintenance of the sales floor and merchandise presentation, handles claims and returns, zones the area, stocks, arranges, and organizes merchandise, signs and prices merchandise, identifies shrink and damages, and secures fragile and high‑shrink items.
Monitors food and merchandise quality, ensures product rotation, code‑dating, product recall, and sanitation standards. Oversees picking and staging of club pick‑up orders, ensuring accurate selection and staging. Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs, collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers and partners, analyzes information, monitors progress, and identifies improvement opportunities. Demonstrates compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethics, applies Open Door Policy, and assists in correcting ethical and compliance issues.
Leads and participates in teams, coordinates work assignments, provides feedback and support, models change adaptation, and builds an inclusive workplace that embraces differences.

PayThe hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
Minimum Qualifications- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience.
- Leading a team; supervising experience that includes hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.
