Job Summary
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
Responsibilities- Operates forklift following company standards and guidelines by safely picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets.
- Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carries out tasks, communicates progress, and recommends improvement opportunities while adapting to change.
- Receives stocks and organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers throughout the facility by managing inventory flow and following company policy and procedures for equipment use, merchandising, inventory exceptions, shelf capacity corrections, and required paperwork.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self‑service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
- Maintains safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials safely, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures by zoning the area, stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, setting up displays, maintaining modular integrity, receiving, sorting, staging, and delivering merchandise, and ensuring prominent display of promotional and seasonal items; processes defective merchandise and monitors shrink, security, and safety risks.
- Ensures club pick‑up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging orders throughout the day, ensuring products are staged according to company policy and that picks are completed in an acceptable timeframe; performs occasional audits for accuracy.
- Handles moves and displays goods safely, tracks goods, maintains in‑stock levels, controls shrinkage, reports poor inventory practices and low inventory levels, and uses inventory tools in a safe and correct manner.
- Operates and maintains forklifts safely and reports unsafe conditions or when forklifts are out of order; alerts management.
- Proactively identifies customers who need help, engages them, assists with technology services and items, models and helps others with technology services, identifies shrink opportunities and problems, and takes steps to fix issues while maintaining equipment and ensuring products are stocked correctly.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00.
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
