Overview
Retail Display Installer – Technology;
Travel up to 90 miles from home on average. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
Schedule:
Work Monday–Friday; weekends are not required.
Hourly rate: $19.00 per hour.
Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Paid training. Flexible self‑scheduling options with fixed shifts based on availability. Minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
Key Responsibilities- Respond and maintain consistent communication with field services management within 24 hours of contact.
- Keep availability updated and accurate.
- Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
- Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys for each job before leaving the site.
- Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
- Participate in early morning installations and work in teams of 2+ people, providing solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission; report anomalies daily with corrections.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Participate and complete training and certification programs.
- Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
- Available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
Hours and locations may vary week‑to‑week, including occasional weekends and early morning hours. Some holidays may be required based on store/client requirements. The role involves executing multiple job functions as agreed upon.
Relationship DevelopmentBuild and maintain strong relationships within the shared services team, local and regional markets, clients, retailers, and other stakeholders. Foster collaboration and communication.
Leadership & Cross‑functional WorkDemonstrate professionalism, effective communication skills, and strong leadership while representing the company. Set high standards for behavior, foster a positive work environment, and maintain transparent, respectful communication with all team members. Coordinate cross‑functional processes to ensure alignment and operational success.
Customer & Client SatisfactionEnsure customer and client satisfaction is met and continually improved according to shared service field KPIs as determined by field management. Provide and receive feedback.
Qualifications- Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability Monday–Friday; weekends, holidays, early morning, and late‑night availability as needed.
- Minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Physical abilities: climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead.
- Ability to adapt to a variety of tasks and work environments.
- Effective communication via phone, text, and email.
- Use smartphone for clocking in/out, taking/uploading photos, downloading applications, and connecting to the internet.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Prior retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
- Installation and merchandising experience preferred. Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Familiarity with planogram directives and secondary communication.
- Own an Android or Apple mobile device for uploading photos and data.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance; willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment.
- Complete all training assignments and tasks within designated timeframe.
- Strong leadership and professional communication and presentation skills.
- Sound decision making, good judgment, and effective problem‑solving.
Hourly rate: $19.00 per hour.
