• Provide member service and maintain the checkout area.
• Resolve member issues and concerns, including payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services and offer guidance on self‑service technology.
• Ensure safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations to facility management.
• Maintain entrance and exit areas, arrange and organize merchandise, and zone the area.
• Assist in training new Member Frontline Services associates on company processes, technology, and tool functionality.
• Monitor and report shrink, damage, and potential criminal activity, and maintain required documentation.

• Retail experience operating front‑end equipment such as a cash register.
• Experience with mobile retail applications.

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00 per hour. Additional premiums may be paid up to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
